🛍 What’s Your Return or Exchange Policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Here’s what you need to know:

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used at checkout.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for the same product in a different size.
  • All returns and exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.

⏱ How Long Does It Take to Process a Return?

  • Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to one week for processing.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued, and it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
  • If your refund hasn’t appeared after that window, please contact your bank or card provider for further assistance.
